About 50% of the ingredients by volume are fair trade.
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Sweet Potato flour (fair trade from Rainbow Grocery)
1 Cup packed brown sugar (fair trade from Andronico's)
1 tsp Himalayan salt (fair trade from Andronico's)
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup mashed bananas (fair trade from Whole Foods)
1/2 cup oil (I used fair trade olive oil from Rainbow Grocery)
2 Large Eggs (Local supplier of fresh, free-range eggs)
1/2 Cup of milk (I used Raw milk)
1 Cup Cashew Butter
Preheat oven to 350F and butter and flour a loaf pan. Combine all wet ingredients in one bowl and all the dry ingredients in another bowl. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and when just mixed pour it into a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
